Today is the 3rd day of the 2nd phase MY WORD was todays leg n shoulders a killer!!!!! …what with putting 110% from Mon of the first session…every muscle is sore arm tris, biceps back legs …core ouuuchh
i needed to take a 30 min power nap this avie… seriously could not do all the burpees today…. but i must say I am surprised with myself at the eating … its TUFF and for the first time in 8 years I weighed in at 71,5…..ok so tomorrow its giving horns again…..

Dear Ifbb Pro Tammy Dreyer, it has only been day 2 of the new program, but these have challenged me and made me realize again what my body is capable of, it’s strength and endurance and reafirms what I have been doing these past 2 years.
