What made you take notice of your unhealthy weight?
I was never an unhealthy weight thanks to my lifestyle change with tlc 8 years ago I was just flubby and needed to firm up.

How did you feel about your weight?
My BMI was in normal range and I was happy with my weight.. Our girls always want to loose a few kg so I was also happy by doing that if possible.

What did it take to get you on the path to transformation?
I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror….After 40 everything changes…lol

How did you start your transformation?
I seach for someone that could help me build some muscles and firm up and I found tammy and contacted her for help/assistance.

What type of training and/or diet did you follow as part of your transformation?
Weight/cardio and eating plan form tammy every month

Who helped you along the way, personally and/or professionally?
Tammy jackson and of course all the other kini-girls for motiviation daily

What was your overriding motivation to achieve your goal?
The way I feel more energy and the changes that I saw monthly

What did you learn from your recovery/transformation?
Don’t be afreight to train hard and with heavy weights

What message would you like to give readers who might be in the same position as you were?
Healthy is sexier than skinny

Since you completed the transformation challenge have you made further progress?

What was the most difficult part of your transformation?
Not to see results immediately….You need to work hard and then all of a sudden your body changes.

How has the experience changed your life?
Now I know how much hard work goes into that healthy, sexy bodies….It’s not easy but hard work and you need to stay focused and eat clean if you want to see results

Anything else you would like to add that you think the readers need to know?
I struggeled with bad ibs and gluten intollerance that’s much better now.

Other than the physical changes, do you find that going through this transformation has changed other areas of your life?
Insomia is somethimg of the past….I sleep like a baby.
